To visit Raven Cottage you can bring your own car on the SeaLink ferry to Kangaroo Island or fly by plane to Kingscote airport and pick up your pre-ordered hire car at the airport. The roads are in very good condition to all major areas of the Island.

Vivonne Bay
To travel to Raven Cottage from the ferry, take the main road out of Penneshaw towards Kingscote. Turn right at the "T" intersection (approx 40km) take first turn left (0.1km) and go past the airport. At the intersection after the airport (1.0km) turn left and head to Vivonne Bay. Follow the bitumen road to the Vivonne Bay store (approx 40km-don't go over the Harriet River bridge, which is just past the store). Turn left at the store (onto dirt road- Knofel Drive) take the left hand road when you come to a fork (1.0km-Flinders Road). Raven Cottage is soon on the left- just look for the sign.
